عملکرد خروجی حالت ترکیب‌سوز 25% بنزین- 75% گاز طبیعی و مقایسه آن با حالت گازسوز ‏

چکیده
با افزایش جمعیت و صنعتی شدن جوامع در حال حاضر دنیا با مشکل آلودگی زیست‌محیطی‌ روبرو شده‌است. سهم خودروهای سواری از دی‌اکسیدکربن تولید شده توسط بخش حمل‌ و نقل حدود 40 درصد است و باتوجه به اینکه نوع سوخت اثر قابل توجهی در تولید این گاز گل‌­خانه‌­ای دارد، پژوهشگران در صدد جایگزینی گاز‌ طبیعی که از سوخت‌های در دسترس و ارزان قیمت بخصوص در کشورهای با منابع گاز‌ طبیعی فراوان است، به‌جای بنزین هستند. اما استفاده از هر یک از سوخت‌های بنزین و گازطبیعی به ‌تنهایی دارای مزایا و معایبی از نظر ترمودینامیکی‌، آلایندگی و اقتصادی است و لذا ترجیح یکی بر دیگری را مشکل می‌کند. بنابراین می‌توان با طراحی موتورهای اشتعال‌جرقه‌ای ترکیب‌سوز با سوخت بنزین‌ و گاز طبیعی معایب کارکرد با هر یک از این سوخت‌ها به‌صورت تک‌گانه را کمرنگ کرده و به حالت مناسب از نظر عملکرد و میزان تولید آلایندگی موتور دست‌یافت. در کار حاضر نتایج تجربی از یک موتور پژوهشی تک استوانه‏ در دو حالت ترکیب سوز 25% بنزین-75% گازطبیعی و تک­‌سوز گازطبیعی تحت شرایط نسبت هم‌ارزی 1، بار کامل و نسبت تراکم و سرعت موتور همسان استخراج و باهم مقایسه و بررسی شده است. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که پیش‌‏رسی‏ بهینه حالت ترکیب سوز کمتر از حالت گازسوز شد و حداکثر گشتاور خروجی و بازده حجمی حالت ترکیب‌سوز بترتیب حدود 5.5% و 1.7% بیشتر از حالت گازسوز بود. همچنین مشاهده شد که در پیش‌‏رسی‏­‌های بهینه، بازده تبدیل سوخت حالت ترکیب‌­سوز حدود 6.5% بیشتر از مقدار مربوط به حالت گازسوز بود. بعلاوه، دمای گازهای خروجی حالت ترکیب‌سوز در پیش‏رسی‏ بهینه بیشتر از حالت گازسوز ملاحظه شد.

چکیده English

Population growth and industrialization have worsened environmental pollution. The share of passenger cars in the carbon dioxide produced by the transportation sector is about 40%, and considering that the type of fuel has a significant effect on the production of this greenhouse gas, researchers are trying to replace natural gas with gasoline. Natural gas is one of the available and cheap fuels, especially in countries with abundant natural gas resources. However, using gasoline and natural gas alone has advantages and disadvantages in terms of thermodynamics, pollution, and economy. Therefore it is difficult to prefer one over the other. Thus, by designing spark-ignition engines that burn with gasoline and natural gas combination, the disadvantages of using each of these fuels individually can be reduced and the appropriate conditions can be achieved in terms of engine performance and emission level. In this work, the experimental results of a single-cylinder research engine in two modes of 25% gasoline-75% natural gas combination and single-natural gas combustion under stoichiometric conditions, full load, identical compression ratio, and engine speed have been extracted, compared, and analyzed. The results showed that the optimum spark advance of the combination fuel mode was less than that of the gas fuel mode, and the maximum output torque and volumetric efficiency of the combination fuel mode were about 5.5% and 1.7% higher than the gas fuel mode, respectively. It was also observed that in optimum spark advances, the brake fuel conversion efficiency of the combination mode was about 6.5% higher than the value corresponding to the natural gas mode. In addition, it was observed that the temperature of the exhaust gases of the combination mode was higher than that of the natural gas mode at the optimum spark advance.
